With over 15 years of experience competing and coaching at an elite level, I’ve built my coaching philosophy on what it truly takes to perform at the highest standard. As a 3x World Champion, I understand the demands of high-performance sport and what separates good from great.
I’m a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, specialising in athletic performance and injury prevention. My Experience spans across multiple disciplines including Ice Hockey, Football, Sailing, Rowing & Triathlon. This gives me a well rounded, sport specific approach to coaching. I’ve worked with athletes to achieve National Championships and helped everyday clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
At the 2026 London Marathon, six of my clients took part and all exceeded the goals they set at the start of our journey together. A true reflection of the structured, personalized and results driven approach I bring to every client.
